Topographic Survey
A topographic survey is a set of geodetic works carried out in the field to create topographic maps and plans. Surveys are classified into large-scale (1:200) and small-scale (1:10,000).

Soil Investigations
Soil-reclamation investigations are conducted to obtain a general understanding of the geomorphology of the area, soil and vegetation cover, hydrogeological conditions, causes and degree of waterlogging, as well as the composition and agricultural value of the land plots.
